Founded in 2012 as a two-person sourcing office, today Important Pull is a team of 24 trade, logistics and QC specialists serving 300+ active importers in the EU.
We started by consolidating garden-tool orders for Dutch retailers. The model worked: combine volumes, inspect before payment, ship full containers. By 2016 we opened QC representation in Yiwu and Istanbul; in 2021 — a bonded-warehouse partnership in Rotterdam Maasvlakte. In 2025 we handled 1,400+ TEU and over 2,100 inspections.

Day-to-day operations are run by three partners. Client teams are assigned per industry, not per order.

AQL, lab testing, CE/REACH documentation. Based Istanbul/Rotterdam.
Supplier invoices are disclosed. You see what the factory charges and what we charge.
Balance to the factory is released only after passed inspection — contractually.
Every lot has a file: contract, inspection, packing list, B/L, customs — stored 7 years.
